Our strict growing conditions emphasize a healthy environment. We make sure that their diet is healthy and pure, free of exogenous growth hormones and implants. Our cattle graze on green pastures where they can have plenty of exercise and fresh air.
They have access to all the grass they desire as well as clean, fresh water. Animals raised under the conditions we practice actually are very beneficial to your health.
Fats produced by such animals, raised on green plants, are actually lifesaving fats as opposed to fats that clog the arteries and promote cancer growth.
Animals which are fed mainly a grain diet produce the "bad fat", that are corrosive to the human health, similar to those found in many vegetable oils.
Grass-fed animals produce fat with CLA (Conjugated Linolic Acid). CLA's have been found to block the growth of cancer in all three states of growth.

Our beef is then processed at the optimum time in order to assure peak flavor and tenderness. Our beef is processed at our own Certified Organic USDA inspected facility.
This facility processes the animals with a minimum of stress. After careful aging, the meat is processed and sealed in vacuum-packed packages to maintain its good flavor and quality.
