Effective May 1st, 2008, we have begun shipping via PeriShip, a company that specializes in handling perishable food shipments. Packages will still be delivered by FedEx, but PeriShip will handle the tracking of all packages to ensure timely delivery of our products. We believe that this arrangement will benefit our customers by eliminating the delays that are sometimes encountered with regular shipping methods.
We take pride in our tasty organic Angus beef and chicken. We want you to enjoy the meat at its best, so all products that we ship must be delivered within 2 days, preferably one. Shipments via FedEx Ground to many areas of the North East are delivered within two days. If you live outside of the two day delivery zone, items must be shipped via Overnight or 2nd Day Air services. Please see the map above for FedEx Ground transit times to your location.
Our shipping calculator is only working for Ground shipments at the current time. Please contact us for Overnight and 2nd Day shipping costs. We hope to have the shipping calculator issue resolved in the near future.
We use special freezer boxes for all of our shipments. Our freezer boxes are 1 1/2 inch foam boxes. We pack with regular freezer ice packs and/or dry ice.
Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order (product weights are built into our shopping cart ), and the necessary packaging material for your particular order.
We ship Monday through Friday; no weekend shipping.
